Why Really Healthy Now?
1) Really Healthy
Really Healthy serves the opinion that most things in the main stream considered healthy aren’t really that healthy. Also, health is balanced and holistic. Not one aspect of the body or one act of health. Many people who are physically fit assume they are healthy, yet they have acne, constipation, and their hormones are out of wake. Then you have the people who claim to eat organic and have a well balanced diet, yet are stressed over work, relationships, children, and can’t seem to stay asleep at night.
Being really healthy means being balanced in life. I use the word really, not just as a lot (a lot of healthy?), but meaning holistic. The whole body being balanced is Really Healthy!
2) NOW
Now stands for action. I see so many people talk about what they were going to do to get healthy…starting next week, or after their birthday weekend, or for their new years resolution. Hell, I’ve done that. “I’ll workout tomorrow…I’ll put up a blog post tomorrow…I’ll put up a video next week” It’s human nature. But putting it off for tomorrow is just a way to decommit (did I just make up a word?) to the goal. I’ve come to learn that the best time to do anything is now! Notice you can have all the great ideas in the world, but without action, they just sit in your head. You will hear me say this over and over and over again…”Action is the Foundation of Success”. In my email signature, rather than saying sincerely, I say “In Health & Success”. You can’t have either health or success without action.
So in a nutshell, Really Healthy Now stands for Holistic Balanced Health put into Action!

I will tell you now that I am not going to be “politically correct” and I am certainly not an English major; I am just as real as I can be. My goal is not to get people “healthy”, but really healthy. There are many more aspects of health than just how much you can bench, and your cholesterol levels.
If you ever watched tv, you know that you are being sold a different drug every night. I for one am tired of this nonsense and want to make a change.
So why listen to ME?
Because I don’t just talk the talk, I walk the talk. I don’t just talk out my ass about theory. I teach what works!
One of my favorite quotes is from Pablo Picasso “Action is the Foundational Key to All Success”. I learned a long time ago that there is no “someday” and the calendar. So let’s not wait for “someday” to get really healthy, let’s start now!

Why really healthy, and why now? Simple. Many of us believe we are “healthy” people. But let’s remember that health isn’t being absent of disease or illness. Just because we don’t feel symptoms sickness doesn’t mean we are healthy.
